Smart Sizer is Bonfiglioli’s dimensioning tool for selecting the right components for specific applications. It enables users to input application parameters (load, speed, duty cycle, inertia mismatch, etc.) and select suitable gearboxes, motors and drives. It includes features such as service factor calculation and checks for inertial mismatch to ensure proper sizing.
Included into the Smart Sizer, there is the Efficiency Tool. It is used to compare the energy performance of different solutions. It helps to quantify energy consumption, losses, and efficiency across alternatives in future versions.
E-SHOP
The Bonfiglioli e-shop is an advanced online platform designed to simplify the customer journey, offering a dedicated configurator that allows users to select products and place online orders for the whole Bonfiglioli range of products, such as gearmotors, gearboxes, and inverters.
Axia Manager is the software tool designed for the configuration, management, and commissioning of the Axia Family inverters. It allows users to easily parameterize the drive, monitor performance, and perform diagnostics during startup or maintenance.
IoT Manager is Bonfiglioli’s software tool designed for configuring, managing, and commissioning the company’s IoT architecture. It allows users to manage connected devices, deploy firmware, monitor field data and configure system parameters.
